Farewell

Well our friends, the time has come for us to bid you farewell. June 29 will be my last Sunday as the Elementary Pastor. What a wonderful five years it has been as we have gone along side of you, and you along side of us. We have grown to adore Bethany First and have come to love its people. Kim and I have made new friends and our children have been adopted into your hearts.

What an honor it has been to teach your children and to get to know the families that they are a part of. Your children are beautiful and possess within them the power to change the world (just ask them and they will tell you that they are World Changers). We look forward to continuing ministering to your children as they come through a Sunday School class that we might teach, or maybe as they get hugs from us in the nursery.

We look forward to waking up and going to church together (something that hasn't happened in almost 8 years), joining a Sunday school class, and every now and then having "church out by the lake". Whatever we do, we will be doing it together.
